We build custom applications on Palantir Foundry. Workshop, Slate, and OSDK web and native mobile apps, ontology design, and governed write-back through Actions, for teams who already run Foundry.
Palantir Foundry development,
from ontology to native app.
A Foundry application development team for organizations that already run Palantir Foundry and need more than the default Workshop screen. We build Workshop and Slate applications, custom web apps on the Foundry OSDK in TypeScript and React, and native iOS, Android, and macOS apps backed by Foundry data, all reading and writing through the ontology with the same governance as any Foundry-native tool.
Foundry apps beyond the default screen.
Workshop and Slate cover a lot of ground. When a project needs a bespoke interface, an app store listing, or a native mobile client, we build against the same ontology with the Foundry OSDK.
Workshop & Slate applications
Custom Workshop modules and Slate applications built and wired to your ontology, widgets, variables, and Actions configured the way your workflow actually runs.
Custom OSDK web apps
TypeScript and React applications built on the Foundry OSDK, for bespoke interfaces, custom visualizations, or product-grade UX that Workshop and Slate weren't designed to cover.
Native iOS & Android apps
Swift and Kotlin apps generated from the same OSDK, reading ontology objects and calling Actions directly. Most Foundry shops are web-only, native mobile is a real differentiator.
macOS & desktop apps
Native Mac apps in SwiftUI backed by Foundry data via OSDK, for field teams and analysts who need a real desktop client instead of another browser tab.
Ontology design & Actions
Object types, link types, and action types modeled around your real workflow, plus governed write-back through Actions so every edit stays audited and permissioned.
Pipelines & AIP features
Data pipelines and integrations that feed the ontology from your source systems, plus AIP-powered features: agents, logic, and document processing on top of your data.
Web, mobile, and desktop, one ontology.
The Foundry OSDK generates a typed SDK for TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and Swift. That means a native iOS, Android, or Mac app can read objects and call Actions directly against your ontology, no bespoke REST layer, no second source of truth, same governance whether the request comes from a browser or a phone.
Workshop, Slate & OSDK web
Where most Foundry app work happens, and where we start most engagements.
Native iOS, Android & Mac
OSDK-generated Swift and Kotlin, for field teams who need an app, not a mobile browser tab.
One ontology, every client
Same object permissions, same Action audit trail, regardless of which client made the call.
Building the native app itself? See our iOS development page or our macOS development page for how we build the client side.
Four phases. Reviewed with your Foundry admins.
Foundry environments are governed for a reason. Our process is built to work inside that governance, not around it.
Ontology & data audit
We map your object types, data sources, and where Workshop or Slate hits its ceiling, then scope the fixed deliverable.
Prototype on real objects
Working screens against your actual ontology from day one, in Workshop or OSDK, not disconnected mockups.
Two-week sprints
Pipelines, ontology changes, Actions, and app code built and reviewed with your Foundry admins every sprint.
Deploy & handoff
Released through your environment's own promotion process, with documentation your team can maintain after we're gone.
Three ways to work with us.
Contract and consulting work, scoped to your Foundry environment. Exact scope and pricing follow a short discovery call, every ontology is different.
We build the whole app
Workshop, Slate, or OSDK apps, ontology, pipelines, and native clients delivered as a fixed-scope sprint, not open-ended billable hours.
Join your Foundry team
An OSDK or ontology developer embedded in your existing team for sprint-based collaboration and code review.
Subcontract to us
We work under primes and systems integrators as the Foundry development layer, commercial and public sector engagements.
Frequently asked.
Are you a Palantir partner?
No. We're independent developers who build custom applications on Palantir Foundry for clients who already run it. We are not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Palantir Technologies Inc., and we don't claim a partnership we don't have.
Do we need Foundry already deployed?
Yes. We build applications, ontology, and integrations on top of an existing Foundry instance. We don't sell, license, or provision Foundry itself, that relationship stays directly between you and Palantir.
Can you build native mobile apps on our data?
Yes. The Foundry OSDK generates a typed SDK (TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and Swift) so a native iOS, Android, or macOS app can read ontology objects and call Actions directly, same governance and audit trail as a web app. Most Foundry shops stop at the browser, this is where we differ.
Workshop and Slate, or a custom OSDK app?
Workshop and Slate are Foundry's built-in low-code app builders, fast to stand up and easy for your team to maintain. A custom OSDK app makes sense for a bespoke interface, offline behavior, app store distribution, or UI patterns Workshop and Slate don't support. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Do you work with government or classified environments?
We take on commercial and public sector engagements, including as a subcontractor to primes and systems integrators. We hold no government clearances and don't claim government past performance, work requiring cleared personnel would run through a partner who holds them.
Ready to put Foundry to work beyond Workshop?
Tell us what you're building on Foundry. We'll respond with a real perspective, not a sales deck.
